At VJ Fitness we believe everyone can achieve. We strive to passionately support and educate our clients in the importance of health, fitness and nutrition within daily life. Everyone’s different so we work with you closely to ensure you can fit your fitness venture into your lifestyle.
Whether you want to lose fat or gain muscle, the Transformation Package is our most in depth 1-2-1 personal training coaching programme. We will closely guide you through your personalised training and nutritional programme via the number of 1-2-1 personal training session you would like per week. We run our coaching programme on a 4 week basis to give you and us flexibility with your training. We pride ourselves in teaching you everything you need to know so you feel confident to progress and sustain results in the future. In order for long term success, knowledge is vital.
Package Includes:
Cancellation Policy: Sessions cancelled must be rescheduled within that month otherwise session with be classified as unattended and therefore lost.
Enjoy group training? Our bootcamps are a fun and cost-effective way to reach your fitness potential. Due to the Winter months we now run our bootcamps within our personal training gym with a limit of four participants. We are currently full but we will post on our social media when a space is available. So keep an eye out!
Throughout summer months bootcamps are located at Whitfield Recreation Ground, Dover.

Policy: Package allows for unlimited access to all classes for 4 weeks. Access to classes can not be carried past 4 weeks from start date.
If you are confident in the gym but just need more direction then VJ8 is the plan for you!! Your online coaching programme will be fully personalised and tailored to your fitness goals, not matter what they may be. You will be required to perform all training independently and we will track you every step of the way to ensure results.
What our VJ8 package includes:
T&C’s: Once your 8 weeks are done, you may rejoin on a 4 week basis.
As a fitness enthusiast I specialise in core and stability work. My fitness passion started during dance college, where I developed my knowledge in nutrition and training. After learning the importance of health and well-being, as a Personal Trainer I now strive to help others improve their health through enjoyable exercise.

Sports massage is a really effective way help recovery, repair and prevent injury; however, it also helps to relieve stress and tension as well as improving your sports performance, flexibility and range of motion. You don’t have to have a sports injury.
You can see benefits from just one 30-minute session, every treatment comes with a consultation to analyse and put together a program to help your target areas.
We are also mobile, so we can come and treat you in the comfort of your own home.
